Submit a Flyer (PeachJar)

Liberty Hill ISD uses Peachjar to deliver school-approved digital flyers to families. This secure electronic flyer system helps reduce paper waste, lowers printing costs, and provides a convenient way to share information about school and community opportunities.

Flyers approved for distribution are emailed to the primary email address associated with your student's school record. To ensure you receive these communications, please keep your contact information up to date with your child's campus and consider adding school@peachjar.com to your email contacts or safe sender list.

No additional sign-up is required to receive school-approved flyers. Families may also access current flyers by selecting the Peachjar button on their school's website.

This system is used exclusively for the distribution of school-approved flyers. Email addresses are not shared with outside organizations or used for any other purpose through the Peachjar platform.

Parent Organizations

Representatives of campus PTOs, PTAs, booster clubs, and other school-affiliated organizations should contact their campus office or Peachjar Site Administrator for assistance with submitting school-related flyers. Depending on campus procedures, organizations may be granted upload access or have flyers submitted on their behalf.

Liberty Hill ISD campuses may distribute digital flyers through Peachjar for school-sponsored programs and activities, including those hosted by:

• Liberty Hill ISD campuses
• Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTOs/PTAs)
• Booster clubs
• Other approved school-affiliated organizations

Each campus has a designated Peachjar Site Administrator who manages campus flyer distribution. If your flyer is related to one of the organizations listed above, please contact the school's front office or designated Site Administrator for submission instructions. Flyers should be submitted as a PDF and must meet district guidelines before distribution.

Once approved, campus flyers will be emailed to families and posted on the campus Peachjar page.

Cross-Campus Distribution

If a campus, PTO/PTA, or booster club is hosting an event that is open to families across Liberty Hill ISD, the flyer may be submitted for distribution to multiple campuses. Requests should be sent to the District Peachjar Administrator and include the list of campuses that should receive the flyer.

Outside Organizations

School Peachjar accounts may not be used to distribute flyers on behalf of outside organizations. Community organizations must create their own Peachjar account, submit their flyer through the Peachjar platform, and complete the district approval process before distribution.

Liberty Hill ISD values strong partnerships with organizations that provide educational, enrichment, recreational, and family-focused opportunities for our students and community. To streamline the distribution process and reduce paper waste, the district uses Peachjar, a secure electronic flyer distribution platform.

Approved flyers are delivered digitally to families by email and are available online through Peachjar. Paper flyers from outside organizations are no longer distributed at district campuses.

Flyer Approval

All community flyers must be submitted through Peachjar and are subject to district review. Submission through Peachjar does not guarantee approval. Flyers are reviewed in accordance with the district's Guidelines for Flyer Approval and Distribution.

To allow adequate time for review, flyers should be submitted at least one week before the event or registration deadline. Flyer approvals are processed weekly.

Submit a Flyer

Organizations wishing to distribute a flyer should:

1. Register as a Community Organization (Program Provider) through Peachjar.
2. Upload the flyer and select the desired Liberty Hill ISD campus(es).
3. Submit the flyer for district review.
4. If approved, the flyer will be emailed to the selected school community and posted online through Peachjar.

Organizations can monitor the status of their submission at any time by logging into their Peachjar account and selecting My Flyers.

Fees

Outside organizations may be charged a service fee by Peachjar to distribute flyers. Fees generally apply to events or programs that charge a participation fee or promote products or services.

Certain qualifying local nonprofit organizations hosting free community events may be eligible for Peachjar's Community Free Program. Please refer to the information provided by Peachjar for eligibility requirements and application details.

All flyers submitted for distribution through Peachjar are reviewed in accordance with Liberty Hill ISD policy and must meet the following requirements:

• Be submitted by an eligible nonprofit organization or other organization permitted under Liberty Hill ISD's Flyer Approval Policy.
• Promote educational, enrichment, recreational, or community activities that are appropriate for Liberty Hill ISD students and families.
• Include the name and contact information of the sponsoring organization.
• Not conflict with major district events or operations.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as district policies and administrative procedures.

As a courtesy to our diverse community, Liberty Hill ISD strongly encourages organizations to submit flyers in both English and Spanish. Multiple-page flyers are accepted as a single submission through Peachjar. Organizations are responsible for ensuring all translated content is accurate and professionally presented.

Approval to distribute a flyer is a courtesy provided to the community and does not constitute endorsement by Liberty Hill ISD of any organization, program, product, or service. All approved flyers will include the following disclaimer:

Flyer Formatting Requirements

Submitted eFlyers must meet the following specifications:

• PDF file format
• Mobile-compatible PDF
• Maximum file size of 6 MB
• Full color
• Recommended page size of 8.5" × 11" in portrait orientation
• English and Spanish versions are strongly encouraged

Flyers that do not meet these requirements or do not comply with district policy may be denied for distribution.
