Student Checkout

Parents and guardians who need to check out a student before the end of the school day should report to the Lariat Trails Elementary School front office.

To check out a student:

  • The individual must be a parent, guardian, or other person authorized to pick up the student.
  • A valid photo ID must be presented at the front office.
  • Campus staff will verify the individual's identity and authorization before releasing the student.

 

Early Checkout Cutoff

To help ensure a safe and orderly dismissal, student checkouts generally end 45 minutes before the final bell. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.

Please allow adequate time for staff to locate your student and complete the checkout process, particularly during lunch, testing, special programs, or other campus activities.
